Lecper watches your League of Legends games, records with OBS, cuts highlight montages, and can publish clips to TikTok and YouTube.
Built for creators who want a reliable desktop pipeline from live League games to finished short-form clips — not a social network, and not a browser login wall.
How it works
Lecper is a local desktop application. It runs on your computer next to League of Legends and OBS, processes recordings on your machine, and only reaches out to TikTok or YouTube when you authorize publishing.
Step 1
Install and configure
Run Lecper on your Windows PC with OBS Studio, point it at your summoner, and set output paths in a local config file.
Step 2
Play League of Legends
While you play, Lecper watches the live game feed, records through OBS, and queues highlight jobs when the match ends.
Step 3
Cut and review
The worker encodes montage videos and optional vertical clips. You can review scores, ratings, and thumbnails before publishing.
Step 4
Publish to TikTok
After you authorize Lecper with TikTok Login Kit, completed clips can be posted through the Content Posting API under your account.
What Lecper does
The product focuses on capture, cut, and publish. You keep control of which clips go live and which accounts are connected.
Live match tracking
Connects to the local League client API to watch your games and detect highlight-worthy combat moments as they happen.
OBS recording
Drives OBS Studio over WebSocket so gameplay is recorded while you play, then cut into montage clips after the match.
Smart clip cutting
Builds highlight montages with ffmpeg from combat events, then can prepare vertical crops for short-form publishing.
TikTok publishing
Uses TikTok Login Kit and the Content Posting API so you can authorize once and publish clips from your desktop workflow.
YouTube publishing
Optional YouTube upload for finished montages when you enable it and complete Google OAuth on your machine.
Clip intelligence
Scores and organizes clips with match context so you can review, rate, and choose what is worth posting.
TikTok integration
Lecper integrates with TikTok for Developers so creators can authorize the app on their desktop and publish finished highlight clips to their own TikTok account.
Products and scopes
- Login Kit — OAuth authorization on the desktop so Lecper can act on behalf of the signed-in TikTok creator.
- Content Posting API — uploads completed highlight videos that you choose to publish.

What we do with TikTok data
- Basic account identity from
user.info.basicis used only to confirm which TikTok account is connected. - Access and refresh tokens are stored locally on your computer so the desktop app can post without re-login every time.
- Video files are created on your machine from your own gameplay recordings, then uploaded only when publishing is enabled.
- Lecper does not sell TikTok data, does not scrape the TikTok feed, and does not post without your configured workflow.

- Optional: TikTok developer app credentials for publishing, and/or Google OAuth for YouTube
- You must have the rights to record and publish the gameplay content you process
